Company foundation by Josef BRUCHA senior (b. 1908) production of cork as insulating material in Michelhausen, Austria.
1950
Josef BRUCHA becomes Austria's first insulator with Master’s exam.
The company successfully operates a construction materials store and gravel pit.
1960
The company starts manufacturing the first EPS blocks.
1965
Construction of the first Styrofoam production plant.
1970
Begin of discontinuous cold storage panel production.
1976
Specialization in the production and assembling of capacious cold storages and deep-freezing chambers.
1984
Begin of sales in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
1994
Foundation of the Austria WEST branch in Nenzing (Vorarlberg).
1998
Establishment of the first continuous double-line facility.
2001
Exporting to Germany and all other Central and Eastern European countries.
Subsidiaries in Hungary, Slovakia and Croatia are founded.

BRUCHA opens its second continuous double-line facility.

Opening of the Austria SOUTH branch in Großwilfersdorf (Styria).

Installation and start of the stamping and bending line.

Foundation of BRUCHA Corporation in Denver, Colorado.
Installation of the 2D/3D laser cutting and welding machine.
Start of the panel press center and commissioning of the automatic door leaf assembly system for modern cold room construction.
